
Raytheon [RTN] on Thursday said that its Raytheon/Websense company has been rebranded and renamed Forcepoint, which brings its “defense-inspired” cyber security capabilities to the commercial market.Forcepoint is majority-owned by Raytheon and includes Vista Equity Partners as a minority owner.
