Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Information and Technology (OIT) last Friday announced two new enterprise contracting opportunities, including one for small businesses.
The new multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements are the Enterprise Business Management Support Services (EBMSS) 2.0, which is expected to be awarded in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, and the Enterprise Small Business, planned for award in the third quarter of FY ’23.
The current EBMSS contract supports CBP and the Department of Homeland Security’s headquarters, which has awarded task orders to support a child sexual exploitation and abuse campaign and the migrant surges at the southwest border. CBP is planning to have an industry day for EMBSS 2.0 this spring and release the solicitation shortly after.
The ESB solicitation was released in late December 2022 and includes requirements for professional services and emerging technology, data transformation, development and maintenance support.
