Boeing Acquires Digital Flight Planning Software Provider ForeFlight

Adding to the digital offerings in its services business, Boeing [BA] on Wednesday said it acquired ForeFlight, a developer and provider of mobile platforms for digital flight planning software and applications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Boeing said the acquisition is immaterial to its financial guidance.
