Accenture [ACN] on Monday said it has agreed to acquire federal information technology solutions provider Agilex Technologies, strengthening its capabilities in analytics, cloud and mobility solutions.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in April following regulatory approvals.
