DHS S&T to Solicit for Cyber Security Research Support
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a pre-solicitation notice for Cyber Security Research and Technical Execution Support. The directorate expects to issue a Request for Proposal for the effort later this month. S&T requires support for management of its existing technical research programs, research and analysis regarding potential new programs, coordinating and participating in technical experiments and exercises, conducting technical foraging, developing technology and sector roadmaps, conducting test and evaluation, coordinating with private industry and the venture capital community, subject matter expertise, and stakeholder education. TSA Seeks Sources for ETD Consumables
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a Sources Sought notice for sources capable of providing explosive trace detection (ETD) consumables on a fixed-price basis to fulfill recurring requirements for all Department of Homeland Security (DHS) components. The agency intends to solicit quotations for the issuance of Blanket Purchase Agreements from all contractors who have products that have been tested and approved by the Transportation Security Laboratory.
