The Air Force awarded S&K Aerospace LLC a $975 million maximum firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contract Thursday to implement the Parts and Repair Ordering System IV (PROS IV) program, according to the Defense Department.

The subcontractors on the program are Parts, Inc., and General Dynamics [GD], according to DoD.

The contract is indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) and is comprised of firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contract line item numbers, according to DoD. The deal is worth potentially $975 million over the next five years if all options are exercised, according to an S&K statement.

PROS IV will provide Foreign Military Sales customers with maintenance and supply support to meet the requirements of their weapon systems and military infrastructure, according to DoD. The locations of the performance will be Saint Ignatius, Mont., Stockbridge, Ga., Dayton, Ohio, and Warner-Robins, Ga., according to DoD.

Work is expected to be completed June 15, 2022. Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity, according to DoD.
