Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc. (VETS) received a potential four-year, $117 million task order under the Department of Homeland Security’s Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) program to provide a wide range of administrative services for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency. The award was made under Functional Category 2 (Administrative) of PACTS. The task order, which has a one-year base period and three one-year options, is called Service Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS) and requires VETS to support USCIS Service Centers in Dallas, Texas, and Lincoln, Neb. VETS, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, is teamed with Serco, Inc., who was the incumbent on the SCOSS 1 contract. Under the new award, the companies will continue to provide services such as program management, mailroom operations, electronic data entry, fee collection and the tracking and maintenance of files relating to over 6 million applications and petitions received by USCIS annually. Additional new services include assembling, maintaining, storing and retrieving incoming petitions, applications and supporting documents.
