The U.S. Senate’s Office of the Sergeant at Arms is surveying the market to gain information of potential qualified industry sources for providing cyber security infrastructure support services. The Sergeant at Arms has a range of responsibilities that include providing for a secure cyber environment in which to carry out Senate business. The cyber support services are mainly carried out in the Senate’s Security Operations Centers using Senate furnished equipment and systems. Key functional areas under consideration include program management, network security monitoring and incident reporting, process management, cyber threat analysis, security research and engineering, vulnerability analysis, forensics and more.
