The private equity firm J.F. Lehman Corp. this week said it has acquired National Response Corp. (NRC) and its affiliated businesses from SEACOR Holdings Inc. [CKH].
NRC, which is an environmental contracting firm, is a global provider of compliance and emergency response services for environmental, industrial and emergency solutions.
NRC is based in New York and has 540 employees.
