GD’s European Land Business Acquires German Military Vehicle Maintenance Company

General Dynamics [GD] on Nov. 30 said its European Land Systems division has acquired a German company that provides maintenance and service for the German army and other international customers in a deal that expands its footprint and capabilities in Germany.More than half of FWW Fahrzeugwerk GmbH’s work is with foreign customers.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. FWW has about 220 employees and will become part of Berlin-based General Dynamics European Land Systems—Deutschland. The newly created Deutschland business also…
