GD’s European Land Business Acquires German Military Vehicle Maintenance Company

General Dynamics [GD] on Nov. 30 said its European Land Systems division has acquired a German company that provides maintenance and service for the German army and other international customers in a deal that expands its footprint and capabilities in Germany.More than half of FWW Fahrzeugwerk GmbH’s work is with foreign customers.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
