Johnson was appointed to Assured Enterprise’s board just when the company’s new tool for detecting, categorizing, and prioritizing known cybersecurity vulnerabilities in a system, AssuredScanDKV™, is made available to commercial enterprises. The product was developed to identify system vulnerabilities, deliver a detailed report exposing vulnerabilities in software code, and outline foreseeable exploits and available corrective options, Assured Enterprises said.

“During my professional tenure, I have had the opportunity to evaluate a significant number of companies and products, and Assured Enterprises’ approach to cybersecurity, which includes a philosophical design shift, is the most comprehensive. I expect that AssuredScanDKV™ will quickly be seen as today’s gold standard for thwarting cyber-attacks through known vulnerabilities,” Johnson said in a statement.

“I am eager to come aboard as the team moves into the next phase of providing such actionable intelligence to enterprises. This capability is exciting, and the Assured team has much more to come.”

The company expressed confidence in Johnson, explaining he has a proven track record of leading large organizations, developing and executing growth strategies, and achieving operational excellence in diverse business environments.
