The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said it notified Congress July 5 of a potential Foreign Military Sale (FMS) of 70 M57 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) T2K Unitary Missiles and associated spares and support worth approximately $132 million.

This potential FMS supersedes a previous FMS request when Finland asked for 70 M39 Block 1A ATACMS missiles, DSCA said in a statement.

The prime contractor is Lockheed Martin [LMT]. The deal is contingent on congressional approval.
