Ex-Im Bank Backs Loan to Support L-3, SAIC EDS Exports to Mexican Group

The U.S. Export-Import Bank has guaranteed a medium-term loan from UPS Capital Business Credit [UPS] to support the export of explosive detection systems (EDS) made by L-3 Communications [LLL] and Science Applications International Corp. [SAI] to the Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA), which operates 13 international airports in central and northern Mexico.
