The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to learn about qualified and interested business concerns with experience in providing information technology integration and change management and training services for the implementation of an electronic records management system in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration standards and guidelines. DHS’s Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Records, Publications, and Mail Management, Records Management Program is leading the department’s Electronic Records, Document, and E-mail Management System (ERDEMS) efforts.
