Canada’s CGI Group [GIB] recently said it has completed its $2.7 billion acquisition of Britain’s Logica in a deal that expands its presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia and adds a range of business and technology services. CGI is assuming about $499 million of debt through the acquisition. Logica serves the security and defense sectors as well as commercial markets.
