Immigration and Customs Enforcement Information Assurance Division (IAD), which functions as the agency’s principal office for cybersecurity management, oversight and issue resolution, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) related to experience and highly skilled certified technical cybersecurity professionals to further develop and operate the Agency Risk Management Framework in accordance with FISMA, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Homeland Security and other requirements. The contractor will provide program management functions, technical skills and other resources for financial systems, systems that process sensitive personally identifiable information, law enforcement sensitive information, securing and accrediting mobile applications and emerging technologies, risk management, and more. Coast Guard Seeks Sources for Cybersecurity Learning Platform
The Coast Guard is seeking information from vendors who can deliver self-paced and instructor-led cybersecurity training to more than 4,500 of its employees as part of professional development training to understand the fast-developing needs of information technology systems. The service says the training will give its cyber professionals an in-depth knowledge of security governance, risk management, and security program development and management. The training will also provide necessary skills and best practices to effectively create and execute enterprise-wide information security strategies. ICE HSI Seeks Information on Electronic Routing Capability
Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has issued a Request for Information on electronic routing capabilities that consolidate needs into a cloud-based platform that is FEDRAMP certified or a portal that can scale over time to accommodate significant document retention requirements, is accessible to a wide audience within the agency, is built upon a robust workflow engine that provides linear and dynamic routing potential and is capable of developing standard forms while also supporting ad-hoc document upload functionality with routing and signature capability. ICE says the required capability must be financially sustainable for the government over 10 to 15 years and be supported by “readily available market expertise to ensure access to maintenance support at a competitive rate and/or on a competitive basis.” Notice ID: ICEHSIERC4222022.
