The maximum value of orders to be awarded under the proposed 10-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is $158 million. TSA Issues RFI for OT&E Support Services

CBP AMO Issues RFI on Support for Sensor Mission Management System
Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations has released a Request for Information related to engineering support for updated airborne sensor integration, data sharing and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance integration across all aircraft and ground command and control centers for greater situational awareness and mission effectiveness. The effort will continue technological upgrades for AMO to remain relevant with rapidly improving changes in airborne sensors, processing capabilities and data sensor dissemination. The services will include adapting and upgrading the current Minotaur mission processor software baseline for overland and maritime operations with all AMO aircraft and ground command and control centers. The contractor will also adapt or upgrade the Minotaur Mission Engagement Systems and its software for installation onto manned and unmanned AMO aircraft, providing each aircraft with maritime and overland surveillance capabilities. U.S., Israeli Homeland Security Program Issues Call for Papers
The U.S.-Israeli Binational Industrial Research and Development Homeland Security (BIRD HLS) program has issued its 2022 call for proposals in six topic areas, including law enforcement-supporting technologies to combat cyber-crime, technologies and methods to secure critical infrastructure and public facilities; technologies focused on safe and secure cities, border protection to include maritime security, unmanned aerial systems, and advanced first responder technologies. The BIRD HLS program seeks collaborative projects between U.S. and Israeli entities to develop advanced solutions for mission-critical homeland security needs. Approved projects receive conditional grants of up to $1 million. Executive summaries are due by April 25. Final proposals are due on June 27 and award decisions will be made by September.
