DNDO to Host Industry Engagement Day for Algorithm Improvement Program
The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) has issued a Request for Information related to creation of an Algorithm Development Kit (ADK) under its Algorithm Improvement Program, which provide the capability to improve radionuclide identification algorithm performance. The ADK will allow algorithm developers to use Gamma Detector Response Function and Analysis Software-Detector Response Function and generate spectral data sets from a collection of radionuclides, including special nuclear material, in various unshielded and shielded configurations with the ability to vary count time and source strength. DNDO will hose an AIP Industry Engagement Day in Washington, D.C. on April 7 to brief on the ADK and about opportunities for Cooperative Research and Development Agreements. Sol. CBP Seeks O&M Support for UAS Fleet
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a Request for Information for market research to support an acquisition strategy for operations and maintenance (O&M) services to support the agency’s MQ-9 Predator and Guardian Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). The MQ-9s are supplied by General Atomics. The agency currently operates seven Predator B variants and two Guardians, along with associated ground stations and support equipment. Coast Guard Issues RFI for C4IT Engineering Development, Integration and Support

FLETC to Host Industry Day
The Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) on April 13 will host an Industry Day for “Doing Business with FLETC” in Brunswick, Ga. FLETCI is the nation’s largest provider of law enforcement training and provides basic and advanced training to more than 95 federal partner organizations and thousands of state, local, tribal and international law enforcement officers and agents.
