The Department of Health and Human Services, Biomedical Advance Research and Development Authority (BARDA) has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for advanced research and development of medical countermeasures such as vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics as well as innovative approaches to meet the threat of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear agents in support of the preparedness mission of the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise. Two pre-proposal conferences will be held in Washington, D.C., on March 10 and March 24.…
