The Army Research Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Edgewood Contracting Division, is issuing a Request for Proposals for the Joint Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Water Monitor (JCBRAWM) program for use throughout the Army, Air Force and Navy to detect and identify the presence of chemical, biological and radiological contamination in water during military operations. Forces will use JCBRAWM during water monitoring missions for tactical reconnaissance, source site selection, treatment verification and quality assurance of stored and distributed product water.
