The Port of Los Angeles has awarded Adesta, LLC, two contracts worth a combined $10 million to design and deploy an access control, CCTV and video content analysis system at a number of the port’s facilities. Adesta will integrate additional cameras into the port’s current security system to provide a higher level of video protection to certain areas. The company will also add sensors, access control and system monitoring capabilities. The work is expected to be completed this summer.
