CACI International [CACI] this week said it has acquired LTC Engineering Associates, Inc., a small technical engineering firm that serves the intelligence and Defense Department communities in a number of areas.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Florida-based LTC has about 50 employees. The company recorded about $16 million in sales in 2014.

CACI expects the deal to be accretive to its earnings during the next year.

LTC has capabilities in software engineering, cyber security, signals and communications intelligence, and digital signal processing.
