Lionbridge [LIOX] has received a potential five-year, $7 million contract from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide over-the- phone interpretation services, allowing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to continue to communicate with individuals across a wide array of nationalities. DHS also relies on Lionbridge to provide qualified interpreters who have the necessary security clearances and language skills. The company will provide interpretation services in 24 required languages with the capability to expand into more than 190 languages as needed.
