The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) seeks information on vendors that have the capacity to develop executive level reports, performance dashboards and other mechanisms to facilitate the review of meaningful performance measures by agency leadership at headquarters and in the field. Potential vendors must be able to assist the Office of Operational Process and Performance Metrics in defining performance measurement requirements, developing enhanced capabilities in the existing Performance Measurement Information System, create a one-stop shop for end users to include both data intake, high quality user interfaces, data reporting and analysis, support TSA’s mandate to be a performance-based, risk-managed organization and more.
