State Department Approves $10.5 Billion Deal With Poland For Patriot Missile Defense System

The State Department has approved a possible $10.5 billion deal with Poland for the sale of a Patriot missile defense system.The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress on Nov. 14 of the foreign military sale for  Raytheon’s [RTN] Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Patriot Configuration-3+ system to Poland, which includes radar sets, engagement control stations, 16 M903 launching stations and 208 Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missiles.“A secure Europe capable of deterring air and missile threats and other forms of…
