Lockheed Martin [LMT] yesterday said it has completed its acquisition of QTC Holdings, boosting its work providing healthcare information technology (IT) solutions to the federal government.
QTC is the largest provider of outsourced medical evaluation services to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
