Lockheed Martin [LMT] last week said it has completed its acquisition of Eagle Group International, LLC, adding to its capabilities in military logistics and health care services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eagle Group has over 1,350 employes and does work mostly for the Army. Its capabilities are in logistics, information technology, training and health care program management and outsourcing.
