Lockheed Martin [LMT] this week said it has been awarded the G3 Training and Readiness Support Service contract with a ceiling value of $89 million and a three-year period of performance for the Army Intelligence and Security Command.
“Our work with the Army is mission critical,” said Bob Kramer, vice president of Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions-Defense, in a statement. “Preparing our nation’s intelligence personnel and military units, who are are supporting the warfighter, is a job in which we take pride and honor.”
Lockheed Martin will provide operationally-focused “gap” training to Army intelligence soldiers in a variety of analytical and operational disciplines, including the Army Foundry Intelligence Training Program and cryptologic training management requirements.
The work will be done both within and outside of the United States.
