Lawmakers are likely to weigh the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence's (NSCAI) recommendation to incorporate a classified technology annex in the National Defense Strategy, though that proposal may not be included in this year's fiscal 2021 National Defense Authorization Bill (NDAA).
