The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress July 25 of a possible $900 million Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Iraq of 50 M1135 Stryker Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicles (NBCRV) and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support. Principal contractors would be General Dynamics [GD]; Germany’s Karcher Futuretech; Finmeccanica’s DRS Technologies; Smiths Detection; and Federal Resources.
