The Environmental Protection Agency seeks a contractor to provide the Office of Research and Development, National Homeland Security Research Center, with support for its research in the detection and decontamination of chemical, biological or radiological (CBR) contamination that may be intentionally introduced into drinking water distribution systems, ambient air, buildings and other surfaces. The agency wants a contractor to establish and implement a mechanism for testing, evaluating and reporting on the performance of homeland security related technologies for addressing CBR warfare agents.
