The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS) yesterday announced the members of its new Group Executive Committee that was created in May and will focus on the company’s strategic goals.
The Group Executive Committee includes Tom Enders, EADS CEO, Francois Auque, Astrim CEO, Thierry Baril, chief human resources officer at EADS and Airbus, Lutz Bertling, Eurocopter CEO, Jean Botti, chief technical officer of EADS, Fabrice Bregier, Airbus CEO, Gunter Butschek, Airbus chief operating officer, Bernhard Gerwert, Cassidian CEO, Marwan Lahoud, EADS chief strategy and marketing officer, John Leahy, Airbus chief operating officer for Customers, Sean O’Keefe, EADS North America CEO, Domino Urena-Raso, Airbus Military head, and Harald Wilhelm, EADS and Airbus chief financial officer.
EADS said the Group Executive Committee will define overall strategies and policies, develop and coordinate key markets and campaigns, work on people and leadership development, and further research and development and product strategies with significant group-wide impact.
