Telos Corp. says it has received a task order potentially worth more than $4 million to support the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) with information technology security support. The award was made under the Network Centric Solutions contract vehicle and runs for two years. Telos, which has been working with the DMDC for 12 years, will provide information assurance professionals to support security engineering and security operations, maintain the accreditation of DMDC infrastructure, information systems, stand- alone applications and automated tools in accordance with the DoD Information Assurance Program and the Federal Information Security Management Act. The DMDC serves as DoD’s central source to identify, authenticate, authorize and provide information on DoD-affiliated personnel.
