The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking qualified concerns with specific and recent experience with Common Operational Picture (COP) Technology Refresh and creation of Decision Support Systems (DSS) that automate the capture, assessment and utility of multi- source data.
