Work will performed primarily within the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility including California (93%); Arizona (6%); and various locations within the U.S. (less than 1%). Each awardee will be awarded $5,000 to satisfy the minimum guarantee. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $30,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
