RDA Inc.,* Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is awarded $9,324,321 for cost-plus-fixed-fee order N6833519F0001 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-14-G-0003). This order provides for the research and development of acoustic and non-acoustic anti-submarine warfare (ASW) sensors and systems, telemetry and recording systems, signal and data processing, algorithm development, mathematical modeling, system and application prototyping, active and passive display enhancements, as well as information assurance, anti-tamper and cybersecurity concepts, techniques and analysis to predict the performance of the associated ASW system. In addition, the order will provide fleet training and maintenance products for ASW deployed systems and technology. These efforts are in support of Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III work that derives from, extends, or completes an effort performed under SBIR Topics N04-247 entitled “Littoral Environment Parameter Estimation from Bistatic and Multistatic Fleet Air ASW Acoustic Reverberation Data”, N98-035 entitled “Signal Processing and System Concepts to Exploit Passive Signals in Airborne Active ASW Missions” and N06-011 entitled “Multi-Sensor Data Fusion for Littoral Undersea Warfare.” Work will be performed in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed in December 2022. Fiscal 2019 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,755,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year.
