Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $20,838,954 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-21-C-5401 to exercise options for fiscal 2022 Egyptian Navy Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Mod 5 Guided Missile Launching System (GMLS) requirements and German Navy power supply spares. Work will be performed in in Ottobrunn, Germany (46%); Tucson, Arizona (13%); Louisville, Kentucky (13%); Tempe, Arizona (8%); Huntsville, Alabama (4%); Berryville, Arkansas (2%); San Diego, California (2%); Denison, Texas (2%); and various other U.S. locations each under 1% (10% total), and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Foreign Military Sales (Egypt) funds in the amount of $20,655,139 (99%); and memorandum of understanding (German) funds in the amount of $183,185 (1%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
