Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is awarded a $12,398,352 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001923F0103) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0005). This order provides non-recurring engineering in support of software modifications to correct software trouble reports identified by the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force aircrews and the test community for the Department of the Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures AN/AAQ-24 system. Work will be performed in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and is expected to be completed in April 2025. Fiscal 2022 procurement (Department of Defense) funds in the amount of $1,632,546; fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,409,059; and fiscal 2021 procurement (Department of Defense) funds in the amount of $3,356,747 will be obligated at the time of award, $3,356,747 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
