Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (85%); and San Diego, California (15%), and is expected to be completed by December 2024. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,914,953 (69%); fiscal 2024 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,702,847 (15%); fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,500,000 (13%); and fiscal 2024 procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $390,500 (3%), were obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $9,414,953 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
