Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $214,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost type contract for multinational early start engineering efforts including planning and advance studies, requirements development, and performance assessment of the planned modernization and new combat system capabilities selection for current and future International Partner ships operating AEGIS. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Canada and other countries. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by December 2023. Foreign Military Sales (Canada) funds in the amount of $28,082,682 will be obligated on the first task order at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) and 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4) (International Agreement).
