Lockheed Martin Corp., Rotary and Mission Systems, Liverpool, New York, is awarded a $16,874,321 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for engineering and maintenance services at Intermediate Maintenance Activity, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii in support of the MK 48 Heavyweight Torpedo efforts. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $91,922,540. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by February 2024. If all options are exercised, work will continue through February 2028. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,448,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code Section 2304 (c)(1) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
