Helber Hastert & Fee Planners Inc., doing business as HHF Planners,* Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for preparation of Navy and Marine Corps National Environmental Policy Act-related documents for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, NAVFAC Hawaii, NAVFAC Marianas, and other NAVFAC commands worldwide as needed. No task orders are being issued at this time.
