Harbor Services Inc., North Charleston, South Carolina, was awarded a $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER). This contract provides for an execution method for a broad range of design and/or construction work for maintenance, repair, alteration, minor, and new construction work on various real property facilities. Work will be performed at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia; Grand Bay Range, Georgia; Grassy Pond, Georgia; Spence Field, Georgia; Valdosta Regional Airport, Georgia; and Avon Part Range, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2027. This contract was a competitive acquisition and five offers were received. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,000 are being obligated at time of award. The 23rd Contracting Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA4830-24-D-0002).
