General Dynamics National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. (NASSCO), San Diego, California, is awarded a $47,672,062 firm-fixed-price contract for a dry-docking selected restricted availability in support of the USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG-54) to accomplish maintenance, repair, and modernization of the ship prior to the its next deployment. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $51,445,079. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by September 2023.
