General Dynamics Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine, was awarded an $8,037,986 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-2322) for procurement of Large Missile Vertical Launch System Shock Isolation – Ship Set Two. Work will be performed in North Tonawanda, New York (63%); Göteborg, Sweden (36%); and Bloomfield, Connecticut (1%), and is expected to be completed by June 2025. Fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $8,037,986 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
