Govplace Nabs $109M USCIS Commercial Cloud Award

Govplace has been awarded a potential $109 million blanket purchase agreement from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to provide access to on-demand, secure, scalable, flexible, and automated cloud computing environments to support a range of complex information technology systems and programs across the agency. Under the BPA, Govplace will provide access to a catalog of current and new FedRAMP-Authorized on-demand commercial cloud services providers for commercial cloud hosting services across the agency.

MSA Security to Provide Bomb Sniffing Dogs to DHL Global Forwarding

MSA Security and DHL Global Forwarding have partnered to provide explosive detection canine screening of air cargo. The partnership grew from a 2016 pilot program between the two companies and provides air cargo screening under the Transportation Security Administration’s Third Party Canine Program. MSA’s Windsor Teams, which are explosives detection canine teams, screen at 15 DGF sites nationwide, including John F. Kennedy and Los Angeles International Airports. MSA has more than 100 Windsor Teams screening cargo for various clients.

DHS Awards Sevatec $20M for IT Support

Sevatec has received a $20 million award from the Department of Homeland Security to support the development, operations, maintenance and management of the department’s Consolidated Asset Portfolio and Sustainability Information System (CAPSIS). The CAPSIS program provides a centralized database of DHS’ real property inventory and detailed asset information to the Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer, which uses the database to conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting using current and historical DHS property data and weigh its performance against operational, logistical, environmental and energy regulations, business practices and other standards. The award was made under the General Services Administration’s Alliant 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. Sevatec has been supporting the CAPSIS program since 2015.

TSA Increases Ceiling Value of IMPACT Contract with CACI International

The Transportation Security Administration has increased the ceiling value of its IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) task order with CACI International [CACI] by $13.5 million to $202.5 million. The task order modification is needed to obtain an increased level of services due to changes in TSA workload, priorities, and programs that have occurred since CACI won the award more than a year ago. The IMPACT task order provides technical infrastructure support to TSA. TSA plans to recompete the IMPACT task order prior to its expiration on Sept. 26, 2021.

DHS Awards Triple Canopy $81M for Guard Services in Minnesota and Wisconsin

The Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service has awarded Triple Canopy, Inc., a potential $81.1 million contract to provide protective security officer services at federal facilities in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
