Boeing [BA] on Tuesday said it had completed its purchase of CDM Technologies, a provider of real-time transportation and logistics planning systems for the United States military, part of the company's strategy for growth in the logistics command and control area. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition was done through Boeing's Tapestry Solutions business unit, which is in charge of the company's logistics command and control work. Boeing acquired Tapestry in 2008.
