The Army’s Pine Bluff Arsenal, which is the Defense Department’s center of expertise for chemical and biological defensive equipment production and support, seeks support for the Domestic Preparedness Equipment Training Assistance Program (DPETAP). The program was developed in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and Pine Bluff Arsenal. It focuses on providing assistance to state and local emergency response agencies and organizations in the areas of maintenance, training, capabilities and limitations, and technical information support of emergency equipment.
