The Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has issued a Request for Information seeking small businesses to perform Identity Intelligence Biometrics support functions for INSCOM and its subordinate Major Subordinate Commands. Emphasis will be placed on identity intelligence, biometrics and forensics, and contingency environment operations.
