The Army plans a Dec. 16 Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) Technology Development (TD) phase contract pre-proposal conference in Dearborn, Mich. Registration closes Dec. 9 for the conference to be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The conference is specifically to address questions potential bidders have submitted regarding the CGV request for proposals released Nov. 30 (Defense Daily, Dec. 1).
